1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ByteGlow's lead generation platform and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

ByteGlow provides AI-powered lead generation and digital advertising services designed to help businesses identify, target, and convert high-quality prospects across multiple digital channels. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Lead identification and targeting
• Multi-platform advertising campaign management
• Performance analytics and reporting
• Lead quality scoring and filtering
• Campaign optimization services

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• Provide accurate and complete information during the application process
• Maintain a minimum monthly advertising budget as specified in your service agreement
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Service Qualification Process

ByteGlow reserves the right to review and approve all service applications. Not all businesses may qualify for our premium lead generation services. Qualification criteria include but are not limited to:

• Business legitimacy and compliance with applicable laws
• Adequate budget allocation for lead generation activities
• Capacity to follow up with generated leads promptly
• Industry compatibility with our targeting capabilities

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

Lead generation services are priced on a per-qualified-lead basis, with rates varying between $40-$60 depending on the advertising channel and targeting complexity. Payment terms include:

• Payment is due upon lead delivery
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Pricing may be adjusted with 30 days written notice
• Late payments may result in service suspension

6. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all delivered leads meet the criteria specified in your service agreement. If a lead is found to be fraudulent or does not meet the agreed-upon criteria, we will replace it at no additional cost. Quality guarantee claims must be submitted within 7 days of lead delivery.

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate targeting criteria and business information
• Respond to generated leads in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable advertising and privacy laws
• Not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes
• Maintain professional standards in all lead interactions

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

• Illegal activities or fraudulent business practices
• Spamming or unsolicited communications
• Adult content, gambling, or other restricted industries
• Misleading or deceptive advertising practices
• Violating third-party intellectual property rights

9. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of generated leads. All data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data collection and processing practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

ByteGlow's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. ByteGlow reserves the right to immediately terminate services for violation of these terms. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Texas.
